The Climate Club followup
A while ago the Climate Club in Norway started and they were hoping for 30000 members the first year. They let however anyone take the Climate Test so you don’t have to register. I think that is the reason for the low membercount. 2679 members have registered so far but it is still increasing.
16575 persons have taken the Climate Test which is awesome. Many took a test earlier on a different system so I guess many don’t want to do it again.
The 2679 members have registered a release of 15031601 kg CO2, they have set a personal target to reduce their outlets with 362120 kg CO2! I think that was a bit high but I think people are working on it, because till today they have reduced their outlets with 44367 kg CO2. I think that is pretty good from a small group of people. It can be compared to a year with outlets from 15 cars.
