Green Colibri?
The green (violet-ear) colibri or Colibri thalassinus as many calls it is my favourite bird. Unfortunately its not likely to see it here in Norway, its more likely to be seen in Mexico, Canada, Panama, Peru, Columbia etc.
Its 10cm long and weighs 5-6g. Its mostly bright green but it glitters beautifully on its breast and throat. It has a violet patch running down from its eye.
