We’re featuring the anaerobic washed offering from the Rumu Damo washing station in Ethiopia. The result is a silky, clean cup with vibrant notes of apricot, bright citrus, and smooth toffee.

We are beyond excited to release this yeast inoculated natural caturra / chiroso from El Encanto, Colombia developed in collaboration with Cata Export. This is advanced fermentation and it hits different! Tasting notes of chocolate milk (nesquik), cherry filled doughnut and vanilla. We unfortunately had to increase the price as the producer increased the price significantly for this lot along higher shipping logistic pricing.

Finca El Jaragual: A Model of Sustainable Coffee Farming in Antioquia, Colombia.
Located at 1,500 meters above sea level in Amalfi, Antioquia, Finca El Jaragual spans 60 hectares and is managed by brothers Jonny Martinez and Jorge Mira. They cultivate a diverse selection of coffee varieties, including Castillo, Colombia, and Laurina, using advanced processing techniques like extended fermentations and yeast inoculation to enhance quality. Tasting notes of mango, tropical fruit and toffee.

Jiggly Berry is here. This F1 Millenio is perfect for those who enjoy boozier coffees with a syrupy body and sparkling acidity. An anaerobic natural from Finca El Salitre in Costa Rica, it delivers tasting notes of sweet cherries, purple grapes, and liquorice. Juicy, bold, and full of character.
MACADEMIA TREAT – DECAF 250gr
Sweet and balanced with caramel richness and gentle floral notes, this coffee is proof that decaf doesn’t have to mean dull. Sourced from the Meseta de Popayán in Cauca, Colombia, it delivers a rounded cup with soft sweetness and reassuring depth. The profile leans into caramelised sugars and delicate florals, supported by a smooth mouthfeel and an absence of sharp edges, making it easy to enjoy at any time of day. Green Colibri
MELLOW MOUNTAIN – ETHIOPIA 250gr
The Yirgacheffe coffee from Ethiopia, cultivated at an impressive altitude of 2000 meters above sea level, is celebrated for its vibrant and intricate flavor profile. This exceptional coffee exhibits delightful notes of strawberry jam, which add a sweet, fruity brightness, while hints of blackberry contribute depth and complexity. The smooth undertones of milk chocolate create a rich, creamy mouthfeel, complemented by the sweet, buttery flavor of toffee. Scoring an impressive 87 points, this coffee stands out for its balance and refinement, making it a true gem for coffee enthusiasts.

This is a super limited drop as we only have a small amount of this coffee. Originally roasted for our collaboration with Standart Magazine, this Pink Bourbon multi-stage washed from Sebastian Ramirez is a classic with a twist. Expect tasting notes of Fruit Loops - lemonade, peach, and jasmine - bright, fragrant, and nostalgic in the best way.
SILKEN BERRY – RWANDA 250gr
The Cyahinda washing station, located in the picturesque highlands of Rwanda at an elevation of 1900 masl, is renowned for its commitment to quality coffee production. Here, dedicated farmers cultivate coffee cherries with care, ensuring that only the ripest cherries are selected for processing. The washed processing method enhances the coffee's bright flavors, resulting in a cupping score of 85. The flavor profile is characterized by berry-forward notes, complemented by hints of vanilla and milk chocolate, delivering a medium sweetness and a round, velvety body that appeals to coffee enthusiasts.
